At Delfos, we strive to provide high-quality domain registration and web hosting services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help under the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Domain Name Registration/Transfer

• Non-Refundable Services: Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and third-party registrar policies.
• Incorrect Domain Names: Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be edited, changed, or refunded. Customers must double-check the domain spelling before purchasing.

3. Web Hosting Services

• 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting packages. If you are not satisfied within the first 10 days, you can request a full refund.
• Exclusions:
  • This refund does not apply to VPS, dedicated servers, or custom packages.
  • No refund will be issued if you have violated our Terms of Service or used excessive resources.
  • Add-on services such as SSL, backups, dedicated IPs, and control panel licenses are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time via your client portal or by contacting support at support@delfos.in.
• Notice Period:
  • No notice period is required for cancellations.
  • Refunds are only considered if requested within the refund eligibility period.
  • If cancelled after the refund window, no refund will be issued, but the service will stay active until the end of the billing cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our billing team at billing@delfos.in or raise a ticket from your customer dashboard. Please include your customer ID, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 7 business days to the original payment method. It will reflect within 3–4 working days.

Important: Refunds are only considered if requested within 10 days from the date of purchase, and only for services that are eligible under our money-back guarantee (such as shared hosting plans).

6. Policy Updates

Delfos (a unit of Excel Technologies) reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
